Having up to a month or two to prepare for your photo shoot date is ideal to ensure your ideal date, prep your outfits, as well to chat with Kaz to fully plan your shoot is an ideal situation.
Of course, as an ideal it doesn’t always work out that way. Kaz has done sessions that book a week in advance, (pending availability), having images in front of the client a week after the photo shoot.
-
The length of your photo session is based on which package you’ve chosen For instance, the ‘Profile Raiser’ package lasts last one to two hours and is based on actual shooting time, outside of wardrobe changes, location changes and dependant on the flow of the shoot on the day.
-
This is a question we will decide during out planning session. It’s extremely important to Kaz that your photo shoot location matches who you are.
She will offer up suggestions for locations based on your personality and style as well ask if there are any locations of importance to you.
-
Of course, but Kaz will not copy a specific shot from another photographer. We hope that you are booking us because you like our style of photography and trust that you will end up with images you love from your session.
-
Kaz will cover all of this in your planning meeting, but you will want to bring changes of clothing to the photography session.
-
This is what the planning meeting is all about. After you have filled out of your online questionnaire, I will start brainstorming styling and locations to show you during our meeting. These are all based on defining your brand image and to have ‘you’ come across in the images to elevate your profile.
-
Again, this is something that we will go over in your planning meeting. There is no one size fits all in our book.
This photoshoot is unique to you and your clothing preferences are a part of that.
When you leave your pre-consultation, you will have a list of ideas that will help you to choose from your closet.
-
Any day with a 50% chance of rain will most likely be rescheduled to another date.
Alternatively, Kaz can shoot on location indoors or book a studio, if this is in-line with your brand image.
Note, fees may apply for specific locations and studios, which are payable by the client.

You don’t need to know a thing. This is Kaz’s forte! She’ll pose every bit of you for the most flattering angles and portraits. You will be coached every step of the way, and can relax knowing that she has your posing covered.
-
Please let Kaz know in advance, and you’ll can have a conversation about this. She wants you to love your photos and is happy to listen to your preferences.
-
Kaz has been shooting for two decades. She has more recently begun primarily shooting branding photography, but comes from a fashion photography and editorial photography background.
-
After your branding session, we will have an online viewing session for you to choose your images from.
This viewing is covered by your sitting fee, and if you would like to view again to choose more there is a fee.
-
Every image is professionally retouched prior to your viewing session. Retouching is kept to a minimum because we want you to look like yourself.
If you order the full package, there are a certain amount of revisions you can also request, if you require something a bit more specific for an image. We can have a conversation about anything you are concerned about.
-
Kaz can supply any crops that you require to roll out your marketing collateral. She shoots wider for branding images, to allow them to be used for multiple platforms.
If there is anything specific you are aware of, please inform Kaz during your pre-planning session, so she can include some of these crops in your viewing.
On purchasing a package, you can always utilise your revisions to request specific cropping of images.

Clients are assigned a commercial license so you can do what you need to do to promote your business online, subject to some limitations.
